This policy explains what personal information ABC Studio collects through this website, why we collect it, who sees it, and the choices you have. We have written it in plain language. If anything is unclear, write to us at abhijit@abcstudio.in.
1. Who we are
ABC Studio, "A Brand Strategy & Creative Agency", is operated by Abhijitbanik Creativestudio Pvt. Ltd. (OPC), 902, 9th Floor, Luxuria Business Hub, Gaurav Path, Dumas Road, New Magdalla, Surat, Gujarat 395007, India. We run www.abcstudiogroup.com. For this policy we are the party that decides how your information is used.
2. What we collect
Information you give us
- When you use the "Request a quote" form: your name, company, work email, phone or WhatsApp number, industry, what you need, your timeline, an optional budget range and any message you write.
- When you email, call or message us on WhatsApp: whatever you choose to share with us.
Information collected automatically (only if you accept analytics cookies)
- Pages you view, how long you stay, the website you came from, your device and browser type, and your approximate location (city level). We do not collect your name or contact details this way.
3. How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and work with you.
- To manage our client relationship, invoicing and legal or accounting records.
- To understand how the website is used and to improve it (only with your consent to analytics cookies).
We do not sell your information. We do not use it to make automated decisions about you.
4. Why we are allowed to use it
- Your request: to answer your enquiry and take steps you ask for before any agreement.
- Your consent: for analytics cookies. You can withdraw it at any time (see section 7).
- Legitimate business interest: to keep a record of business conversations and to run and protect our business.
- Legal obligation: to meet tax, accounting and other legal requirements.
5. Who we share it with
Only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as needed:
- Zoho: our customer-relationship (CRM), accounting and email systems. Your quote request is stored in Zoho CRM.
- Google: Google Analytics (website statistics) and Google Workspace (email and documents).
- Our web hosting provider, which stores the website and its logs.
- WhatsApp (Meta), LinkedIn and Behance, only if you choose to contact us or follow links to them. Their own privacy policies then apply.
We may also share information if the law requires it or to protect our rights.
6. Where your information is processed
We are based in India and our main systems run in India. Some providers, such as Google, may process data in other countries. Where this applies to visitors from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on the safeguards our providers offer for international transfers.
7. Cookies
Cookies are small files a website stores on your device. We use only the following:

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If you decline, Analytics does not store cookies on your device. You can change your choice at any time: .
8. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to work: up to 3 years after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Client and accounting records: as long as tax, accounting and other laws require.
- Analytics data: up to 14 months.
9. Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and, where they apply to you, the GDPR and UK GDPR, you can ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
- delete your information;
- stop using your information, or withdraw a consent you gave;
- nominate someone to exercise these rights for you.
Email abhijit@abcstudio.in and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India or, if you are in the EEA or UK, to your local data protection authority.
10. How we protect it
This website uses HTTPS. Access to our systems is limited to people who need it for their work and is protected by passwords and login controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
11. Children
This website is for businesses. It is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
12. Links to other websites
Our website links to other sites such as LinkedIn, Behance and WhatsApp. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please read their policies.
13. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
